- Work with school social worker to assist families in need.

- Create Titan View newsletter quarterly by organizing submitted articles. Prepare it for webpage posting.
Website Coordinator	Pujari, Veena
- Updates PTSA website based on submissions from PTSA committees.
Publicity	Edwards, Andrea
- Record & deliver news of school, faculty, student activities & achievements to area newspapers and other media outlets.
E-mail Coordinator	Catherine McMann
-E-mails timely PTSA information and announcements to PTSA school database.
International Liaison	Jeong Hyejoo
Acts as a liaison between the PTSA and the international community at Northview – translates reports, forms, e-mails into different languages.
MEMBERSHIP
VP Membership	Morgan, Jeannie
- Organize membership drive for the school. Oversee selling memberships during Freshmen Orientation, Information Day and Curriculum Nights. Assist with data entry in the PTSA directory database.

-Compile student & school data into student directory.
Directory Advertising	Morgan, Jeannie
Sell/renew ads for the student directory to offset the cost of production.
Directory Distribution	Morgan, Jeannie
Organize and oversee distribution of completed directories.
SCHOOL SERVICES

Career Center	Potts Kathy
- Assist the Counseling staff by organizing the Career Center resources and helping students search for information on colleges and careers.
Office Volunteers	Perpich Jean
- Help in the Front Office by answering phones, delivering messages, assisting students and visitors, performing other office tasks.
Media Center	Gage Lynne
- Work with the Media Center staff, helping shelve books and organizing resources for students.
Campus Beautification	Couillard Karen
- Help to organize volunteers for the school’s landscaping, including two “Hands on Northview” campus work days.
Parent-to-Parent	Donna Evans
- Help facilitate discussion groups during our Parent to Parent programs, which are designed to provide parents with practical “hands on” ideas for raising children in today’s world.
HOSPITALITY

- PTSA hosts several luncheons, receptions, and treats/recognitions throughout the year for faculty, students, and newcomers.
Newcomers	Martha Smith
- Periodically, welcome new students to the school with a reception.
Staff Appreciation	Donna & Mary Lou
- This includes occasional lunches, breakfast and/or surprises in their mailbox. In addition, organizing Staff Appreciation Week in May.
Honors Night	Chairperson Needed
- Host a reception for students who are honored this evening.
VIP Awards Night	Chairperson Needed
Host a reception for special awards given to students for noteworthy achievements.
Senior Treats	Didier Gina

Treats once a month to honor and recognize our Senior class.
STUDENT ENRICHMENT

Cultural Arts	Lynn, Canty
- Provide a variety of cultural arts programs for students.
Health & Safety	Chairperson Needed
- Help plan and implement a Health Fair to educate our students on various health issues, including the dangers of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, as well as careers in health care.
Mini Grants	Brunson, Terri
Help facilitate funding for curriculum enrichment programs requested by faculty.
Reflections	Chairperson Needed
- National PTA arts competition. Volunteers promote the competition, recruit judges, tally entries, and coordinate with the county PTA Reflections Chairman.

Coordinate, organize and manage the substance free all night party after graduation for the Senior Class. Many volunteers are needed for this event; mostly Junior and Senior parents, but all parents are welcome.
